Immediate hiring! $14-18/hr DOE,customer support specialist

Well established multi propose company in Rancho is looking for an eCommerce customer support specialist

Requirement:
-High
proficient in written & spoken English is a must (Chinese Mandarine & Spanish is a plus not required)
-Medium to high-level customer supporting skill, able to create a smart/automated workflow
such as making templated letter for general inquiries, return & RMA
instructions etc.
-Previous experience
with eCommerce platform such as Amazon/eBay/Walmart is preferred not required,
willing to train suitable candidate
-Highly self-motivated,
able to work on his/her own with minimal supervision
-Always a
pro-active problem solver.
-Understand
UPS/Fedex/LTL tracking system, able to trace shipment quickly & efficiently
with vital info on hand (preferred)
Day to Day Tasks:
-90% email
10% phone call.
-Answer
customer’s inquiry quickly & efficiently
-Prevision
weakness in service & aftersales care area and make suggestion &
improvement.
-Handle
return & RMA & refund request
Salary & Benefits:
$14-$16/HR DOE health insurance paid holidays & other benefits.
Full Time preferred part-time is be considered
