NVOCC Freight Forwarding Company in City Of Industry is looking for full-time bilingual (Mandarin / English - speaking/reading/writing) Export Assistant. 1 year of export experience is preferred. Must have legal working status. Company benefits include but not limited to paid vacation and medical insurance.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, M.-F.
Need someone who can work ASAP.
Basic job duties including following:
Data input
Proofreading paperwork
Issuing invoices
Trouble shooting with import / export shipment
Contact steamship lines / airlines / truckers / custom brokers / warehouses / customers for shipment status
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must.
