Mandarin Speaking Full Time Office/Warehouse Coordinator

We are hiring ONE Full Time Office/Warehouse coordinator.

We are looking for a STELLAR Office/Warehouse Coordinator to join our team who already lives our core values listed above. You must have a happy personality and have the ability to have positive and friendly attitude when speaking to customers and coworkers.We need someone who is willing to go with the flow while we are still working out the kinks to build our company stronger. Must be a team player; no task is too big or small.If you are looking for an easy job to clock in & clock out and collect a pay check, this is NOT the job for you. The hours will start from 8:30 AM to 5 PM (half hour for lunch), the salary: DOE. Our company provide 6 days of Paid Sick Leave/year, 6 days of Paid Holiday/year, 6 days of Paid Vacation/year, Group Health Insurance (by Kaiser), Group Term Life Insurance (by Metlife) and Simple IRA retirement plan(by Fidelity) for full time employee after probation period.
Job Duties: -Coordinate jobs between Customer Service Team and Warehouse -Coordinate jobs between Video Team and Warehouse -Coordinate Order Processing -Monitor and Manage Shipment -Inventory Control&Update -Manage replacement orders & return labels; help to upload/update photos/list products online etc.
Requirements: -MUST have a minimum of 2 years office/work associate experience to be considered. -MUST be available to work Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM for full time -Skilled in office software such as Excel, word,etc -Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is required -familiar with auto parts is preferred; can carry stuff 30 lb.
